B</strong>,而是開始認(rèn)真思考,我到底需要什么?應(yīng)該如何利用這段時(shí)間,去補(bǔ)齊我能力上的不足。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>我本科就讀于<strong>中山大學(xué)通信工程專業(yè),GPA3.6</strong><strong>3</strong>,擁有一段產(chǎn)品實(shí)習(xí),兩項(xiàng)專利(一項(xiàng)實(shí)用新型專利和一項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利)和三個(gè)省賽經(jīng)歷。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #0086d1;">在留學(xué)申請(qǐng)這條路上,從最初主打性價(jià)比的港科廣,一次又一次地重新調(diào)整自己的選校定位規(guī)劃</span>,最終手握NUS &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>本科四年,我的核心目標(biāo)始終是&ldquo;孵化一個(gè)能落地的硬科技項(xiàng)目&rdquo;。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>大一時(shí)為大類分流卷過(guò)一年,但后來(lái)發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)純理論學(xué)習(xí)興趣不高&mdash;&mdash;<strong>比起滯后時(shí)代已久的課本知識(shí),我更在意&ldquo;一個(gè)想法如何</strong><strong>從用戶需求變成實(shí)物產(chǎn)品&rdquo;。</strong>這也是為什么大三暑假一頭扎進(jìn)xbotpark硬科技創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的原因:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #0086d1;">帶著團(tuán)隊(duì)做200+用戶訪談、搭產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)、跑供應(yīng)鏈,哪怕每天只睡5小時(shí),看著想法變成可實(shí)現(xiàn)的原型,那種&ldquo;創(chuàng)造感&rdquo;是課</span><span style="color: #0086d1;">堂給不了的。</span>&nbsp;那時(shí)的我,可以說(shuō)完全沒把留學(xué)放進(jìn)規(guī)劃清單,畢竟我的創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)拿到預(yù)投資,團(tuán)隊(duì)也磨合出了節(jié)奏,畢業(yè)全情投入項(xiàng)目幾乎是板上釘釘?shù)氖隆?amp;nbsp;</p> <p>既能帶著項(xiàng)目繼續(xù)推進(jìn),又能利用學(xué)校資源補(bǔ)商業(yè)認(rèn)知。加上女友推薦的指南者老師也提到,我的背景申請(qǐng)紅鳥計(jì)劃有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),<span style="color: #0086d1;">于是9月便和指南者簽約,目標(biāo)鎖定港科廣。</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>在確定要通過(guò)留學(xué)規(guī)劃未來(lái)方向時(shí),我對(duì)比了好幾家留學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu),<span style="color: #0086d1;">沒有一上來(lái)就推銷熱門項(xiàng)目,而是先花時(shí)間聽我講創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)歷、技術(shù)積累</span>,甚至是對(duì)&ldquo;AI+機(jī)器人&rdquo;未來(lái)方向的模糊想法。當(dāng)我提到&ldquo;既想補(bǔ)技術(shù),又不想丟創(chuàng)業(yè)資源&rdquo;的糾結(jié)時(shí),老師沒有否定我的矛盾點(diǎn),反而順著我的思路分析。這種從我的需求出發(fā)的溝通方式,讓我覺得很被理解。</p> <p><strong>更關(guān)鍵的是他們?cè)趽裥:瓦x專業(yè)上的精準(zhǔn)度。</strong>比如我最初糾結(jié)于&ldquo;要不要為了創(chuàng)業(yè)選港科TLE&rdquo;時(shí),老師直接拉了一張對(duì)比表:左邊列港科TLE的課程模塊(偏商業(yè)模型、融資策略),右邊對(duì)應(yīng)新國(guó)大Robotics的核心課(機(jī)器人控制、多模態(tài)感知算法),再結(jié)合我的專利和項(xiàng)目,一條條分析&ldquo;哪些課程能直接銜接我的技術(shù)積累&rdquo;。&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="color: #0086d1;">&ldquo;既懂院校專業(yè),又懂我的個(gè)性化需求&rdquo;的專業(yè)度,讓我覺得把規(guī)劃交給他們很放心。</span>畢竟,留學(xué)選校從來(lái)不是&ldquo;排名越高越好&rdquo;,而是&ldquo;能否讓每一步選擇都為未來(lái)的方向鋪路&rdquo;,這點(diǎn)上,指南者的建議和我的期待完全同頻。&nbsp;</p> &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>但在一次參加HKUST活動(dòng)路演時(shí),我感覺校內(nèi)的氛圍并不符合自己對(duì)于留學(xué)的期待,而且指南者的老師幫我梳理BG時(shí)提到:<span style="color: #0086d1;">&ldquo;你的專利、機(jī)器人項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷,完全能沖港科、新國(guó)大這些QS前30的學(xué)校,沒必要局限于一所新校。&rdquo;</span>家人也勸我:&ldquo;先去更好的平臺(tái)看看,創(chuàng)業(yè)不急這一兩年。&rdquo; &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>于是我調(diào)整了申請(qǐng)清單:保留港科、南洋理工、新國(guó)大的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目(比如港科TLE、新國(guó)大VC),但放棄了港科廣。那時(shí)的想法是:如果項(xiàng)目順利,就拿著offer Gap一年繼續(xù)創(chuàng)業(yè);如果申請(qǐng)到頂尖項(xiàng)目,就邊讀書邊找新機(jī)會(huì)。 &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" <p><strong>轉(zhuǎn)折出現(xiàn)在2024年11月中旬。</strong>毫無(wú)征兆地,我們創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的矛盾像顆突然引爆的炸彈,徹底打亂了所有節(jié)奏。原本高效協(xié)作的團(tuán)隊(duì)陷入僵局,核心成員間的分歧逐漸公開化,從工作思路的差異演變?yōu)闇贤ū趬?,整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)作齒輪徹底卡殼。 &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>這種內(nèi)部的緊張狀態(tài)很快被早期接觸的投資人察覺,他們明確表達(dá)了對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)穩(wěn)定性的擔(dān)憂,這直接影響了項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)節(jié)奏。最終,并非項(xiàng)目本身的市場(chǎng)邏輯或技術(shù)路徑出了問(wèn)題,而是團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的癥結(jié)讓項(xiàng)目難以為繼,只能被迫中止。</p> <p>我的申請(qǐng)節(jié)奏相對(duì)順暢,1月份就拿到了新國(guó)大Robotics的offer,早早定了方向;而她的申請(qǐng)卻稍顯波折,直到2025年3月才收到第一份錄取通知。那段時(shí)間,<span style="color: #0086d1;">而留學(xué),就是我為下一次出發(fā)做的&ldquo;技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備&rdquo;。</span>精準(zhǔn)挖掘并聚焦自身&ldquo;技術(shù)+創(chuàng)業(yè)&rdquo;的交叉背景,緊扣目標(biāo)專業(yè)需求梳理經(jīng)歷,以及根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)靈活調(diào)整方向,是推動(dòng)申請(qǐng)順利的關(guān)鍵;但也存在時(shí)間規(guī)劃滯后(如雅思備考過(guò)晚)、初期目標(biāo)模糊(對(duì)港科廣項(xiàng)目調(diào)研不足)、忽視隱性要求等問(wèn)題。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>這段經(jīng)歷最大的收獲,是學(xué)會(huì)在不確定性中錨定自身需求&mdash;&mdash;<strong>留學(xué)的意義不在于拿到多少offer,而在于通過(guò)這段旅程明確&ldquo;要補(bǔ)什么能力&rdquo;</strong>,從而更篤定地走向未來(lái)。對(duì)后來(lái)者而言,與其盲從排名或熱門,不如先想清留學(xué)的目的,讓每一步選擇都服務(wù)于自身成長(zhǎng),如此方能在申請(qǐng)季中找到屬于自己的確定性。</p>
